The newest addition to J-TREC (Japan Train Engineering Corp)'s rapidly-growing Sustina lineup, the Series E131 is a two-car version of the Series E235, with some modifications to make it suitable for low-demand route running. This train is certified for wanman mode (one-man operation), the only Sustina-family train with this certification. Trains of the type come in 2, 3, or 4 carriage consists, with power arranged as B'B+2'2, B'B+2'B+2'2, and B'B+2'2+B'B+2'2, respectively. This makes the E131 an oddity, as none of the carriages on any variant share any layout similarities! One end car is powered, the other is a trailer, one middle car is powered, and one of them is a trailer, too! Anyway, this train is still missing floor equipment, but enjoy it for now! Updated versions will come soon.

Keikyu N1000 (Batch 3)

This is the first Japanese train I have drawn in over a year...

First constructed in 2002, the humble N1000 series train has been built continuously for 23 years. Throughout the years, it has undergone several revisions, with traction chains, carriage lengths, and bogie types being changed over time, with other minor changes being position of the front door (changed in Batch 18 trains), headlight arrangement, front windows, and headlight types/interior lighting. This particular one is an aluminium-bodied, 3rd-batch train no.041, which was initially fitted with Siemens SIBAS32 GTO-VVVF inverters, which gave a signature do-re-mi-fa-so sound upon departure. Sadly, because of lack of spare parts, these inverters were replaced with hybrid SiC-IGBT inverters, which sound lovely, but not as good as the SIBAS32 GTO-VVVF inverters they used to have. This model still has the original inverters, indicated by the floor equipment.

There will only be one carriage made, I am not going to draw the entire train, this was difficult enough!

Below is the actual train I based it off, 8-carriage Batch 3 train no.041. No.041 is still in service, but with SiC-IGBT inverters instead of GTO-VVVF or PTR-VVVF (like the 600 series before the N1000s)
My next Japanese train will be a Keikyu 2100 series, which is related to the N1000s.

Designing trains is hard, and your help makes it easier. If you print one of my trains, don't worry, I will send updates for roof and floor equipment in the near future!

I said I was going to take a hiatus, but never mind! Here is a Régiolis in liO (+Cévenol) livery!

Just DM1 at the moment, and it has no roof equipment, articulation, or bogies, but it is nearly done!

This is just a prototype, mind you, and I have sent it to Clem (CP92) for a roof setup, and bogies, hopefully that will be done soon...

If any of you could make it, so I can see how it looks, I would much appreciate that...

Celebrating 101 posts: MI2N Eole "101 Edition"

First of all, I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has helped this project get off the ground, I love every one of you who has printed, cut, and built my trains. Modelling is for passion, not profits, so these were always going to be free, and the only thing encouraging me to make these were your reactions. I must especially thank a user named "super" for his encouragement, as well as CP92, who has always been there to help, and has drawn many of the trains I redesign. Thank you to everyone!

As of posting this, the blog has 12321 unique views, thank you so much!

I have posted 101 models (including Community Announcements), and there have been 82 comments on these models.

There are 5 amazing subscribers to this blog.

Last month, a record 3923 views were attained.

3.026 people have come here from CP92's blog, with the 2nd most common URL, Google.com, having only 50 referrals!

The most used browser is Google Chrome, with 7863 users attending the blog using it.

The most common operating system is Android, with 6317 individual accesses to the blog coming from Android users (of which I am one), or ½ of all viewers.

Most of you come from France, and people have accessed the blog 5,581 times from France, which is just under half the viewers! Viva La France!!! 1,248 people have accessed from the United States of America, and 479 from my home country, Australia!

Lots of views means I need to give you guys a special livery, of course. I thought about this, before posting, and woke up today with a plan. Of all the trains I have made, I needed one that I was well known for. My most viewed post was the MP14/8CA, with 297 views as of publishing, but that has very little room for customisation, so I settled on the train that made me love French things, the Z22500, the MI2N Eole. I have made 4 liveries for the Eole, so I added them on, with some transitions between each livery, and wrote some information on the side of the train (in both French and English, to reflect my two largest viewerbases). The train has number 101 on the side, as well as my name, and some blog stats.

Each carriage also has the name of the liveries it features on the side. This train brought back memories from nearly half a year ago upon creation, and I hope you like it.

Thanks for coming on the ride with me, it sure as hell has not ended, more great things are to come, but for now, goodbye. Enjoy this model, I might take a break from modelling for a couple of months, so have fun in the meantime. Without further ado, here is the MI2N Eole "101 Edition":

For P1; I wanted to thank "super", who requested the "Transilleole" livery, and this train transitions from white into bleu roi, or "royal blue", the motif of Transillian lines. It also mentions the livery on the train. This is a driving trailer.

For P2; I transitioned the Transillian livery into ÎDFM, which, as of now, has 110 views

For P3; ÎDFM transitions to NPDC (Z29500), which was the most technical livery to draw. This has a Water Closet, like on the actual Z22500. This is also the first time my rainbow logo is used beyond 3 characters, although the VR version has been used to this length before.

For P4; NPDC transitions into a livery that holds enormous significance to me, Crimson. As @CrimsonEole is my Youtube channel, I can say this livery has shaped me and my love for trains more than any other livery, so enjoy this one, while thinking about the fact that it made me who I am.

For P5; Crimson transitions into white, then black, symbolising the end, for now. There is also a logo at the end of the train, which reads "BY PAV 🤍", and uses my original rainbow logo, simplified to 5 Pixel font.

It shows an MA51, MF88, MP05, MP14CA, MP14CC, MF19CC, MF19CA and an MF19CC in the inauguration livery.

All the models I took the side details from are designed by either Clem, or me. All of them, except the MF19s, have had remixes by me, except the MA51, which I drew.

Do not make my MP05, it is an abomination. Everything is out of scale. The one shown is made by Clem, it is okay. A full rebuild of it will be coming soon. Even worse, if you try making my MA 51, expect a long and tedious build process, the amount of components that need assembly means each carriage takes over 1 hour to put together. Lastly, do not go looking for an MF19CA model, it does not yet exist, I drew a front window on Clem's MF19CC to make a passable resemblance.
