This is a JR East E131-500! The blue E131! (or... I think its blue, I am colourblind...)
This is a repaint of my original E131-0 and E131-600

Arrange as Mc-T-M-Tc, or Control Motor-Trailer-Motor-Control Trailer
The layout of this train is Bo'Bo'+2'2'+Bo'Bo'+2'2', which is unusual, as no carriage is identical to any other in the consist. This does, however, mean that power is well balanced throughout the train, resulting in no backlash from desynchronised motors under even heavy acceleration (oh wait, this train cannot accelerate fast at all, never mind, Japanese trains are slow)
